School Supplies List
Fourth Grade
Dear Families of Incoming 4th Graders:

While the purchase of supplies listed below is voluntary, we are recommending that you consider buying the following items during the summer months so your child will be fully prepared in September for fourth grade.

Your child’s team of teachers for next year has identified the following supplies as those which will be the most useful in the classroom setting.

Grade 4 Supplies

bullet A homework assignment pad. Each student will receive one from the PTA.
bullet One spiral notebook pad with five sections, or five single-subject spiral notebooks. “Trappers” are not recommended, as they are too heavy and take up too much desk space.
bullet One homework folder with pockets.
bullet One additional folder with pockets for Music.
bullet A one-inch, three-ring binder for World Language, with paper. Students who already have a binder from 3rd grade may simply add to it for 4th grade.
bullet An ample supply of pencils. Mechanical or lead-refillable pencils are not recommended.
bullet One soft, zippered pouch for pencils and erasers. Please, no hard case containers, which take up too much desk space.
bullet A supply of paper at home for homework.
bullet A sketchbook for Art classes (e.g., 8x10, 10x12, etc.).
