The district surveyed the Little Falls school community to determine the 10 most important traits students will need to be successful. These skills became the goals in the district's strategic plan.

Together, they form our Portrait of a Hornet – an illustration of who our students should be when they leave our doors as eighth-graders and venture into the world beyond.
