Dear School No. 3 Family,

Welcome to the Principal's Corner! It is a privilege to welcome you to the School No. 3 family. I am honored to serve as the new principal of School No. 3 and look forward to partnering with our students, staff, and families throughout the school year.

With over 20 years of experience in education, I have had the opportunity to serve students in a variety of roles, and each experience has strengthened my belief that every child deserves to feel valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. I am excited to join a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence within a New Jersey Lighthouse District, where our dedicated staff is committed to helping every student grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

One of the things that makes School No. 3 so special is our close-knit school community. Serving students in grades 3 and 4, we pride ourselves on creating a family atmosphere where every child is known, valued, and encouraged to succeed. Our teachers work collaboratively in departmentalized teams, allowing them to share their expertise and provide high-quality instruction while meeting the unique needs of every learner. Through ongoing assessment, collaboration, and a focus on student growth, we are able to celebrate progress and support each child in reaching their fullest potential. Each Friday, we also come together as a school community to celebrate successes, set goals, strengthen connections, and reinforce the values that make School No. 3 such a special place. 

I believe that strong schools are built on meaningful partnerships. By working together, families, staff, and our community can provide the support and encouragement our students need to thrive. I encourage you to stay connected through our school communications, and please know that my door is always open. I look forward to getting to know each of you and working together to make this an outstanding year.
